I figured it out. I noticed one of the return mails was for Qwest. I have not had an account with them for many years yet my web page is still up.(http://www.users.qwest.net/~natehall/home2.htm) Amazingly somebody pulled my Snidely account from that old web page and not only that got a hold of all my contacts and sent out spam from there. It's too bad. I liked this accounts name but from now on its going to be junk you can just throw away.

I think having this up (hadn't seen the new Monument before! :) is a
fair trade for the occasional spam.

I went to the old site myself trying to find that monument. Was it he Reagan/ Rushmore one or the Clinton Monument tourist Lady hiding her boys eyes one?
